Douglas Christensen spent the first 15 of his 35 years here under the tutelage of the first pioneer real estate broker in Cabo. He counts among his oldest friends the two original title researchers relied upon by all of the US title insurance companies. In 2001, he formed Cape Realty Associates in order to offer his knowledge of the area markets and the Mexican entitlement process more directly to consumers. He has studied Project Planning and Construction at the Tech de Monterrey university, and has held NAR designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified International Property Specialist and is an Accredited Buyer Representative graduate.
